Not many changes are expected in the exterior or the interior design of the vehicle. However, to give the vehicle a more refined look of a perfect mid size truck, there have been slight changes that have been made.

• Changes To The Exterior: The vehicle will be available in 2 variations. The first variation will come with four doors and a cargo. While the second variation will have just two doors and a cargo area. Besides this, another major change in the exteriors of the vehicle will come in the form of the use of LED lights for headlights and taillights. The chassis will be ungraded in order to give the vehicle a more rigid appearance. A fully boxed frame would be used for the chassis. The body will continue to be made out of steel, thereby making the vehicle slightly heavy.
• Changes To The Interior: The amount of space available inside the cabin is expected to increase. The seats would be arranged in two rows, and will offer comfortable seating for 5 people. The leg room and head room in the vehicle are expected to increase as well. The company has added many new features to enhance the level of safety and stability of the truck. Some of the new features you will find inside the cabin towards this end include 6 airbags, parking sensors, stability control and a camera for the rear view.
• Changes To The Engine: The main purpose of launching this new vehicle was to offer the customers a more powerful truck. Therefore, it comes as no surprise that the engine fitted in this new truck will also be brand new. The Toyota Tacoma 2019 will come with a 3.5 liter V6 diesel engine. The power train of this engine is expected to be around 236 horsepower. This engine will be paired with a six speed automatic transmission system.
